The group builds on over thirty years of experience in the Czech real estate market, with KKIG Holding a.s. itself established in 2021 as the parent company.
KKIG Holding a.s. is the parent company of the group, which includes individual project and operating companies. KKIG Holding a.s. is the sole shareholder in all of its subsidiaries, with the exception of KKIG SPV s.r.o., where it holds a 100% stake indirectly. The group is headquartered in Prague. It operates in the Czech real estate market, focusing primarily on Prague and the Central Bohemian Region.
KKIG combines the roles of developer, long-term property owner, and bond issuer — we are not a real estate agency, but a direct investor that stands behind its projects throughout their entire lifecycle.
