AIR DEPO is a modern business, technology, and warehouse park located in the municipality of Tuchoměřice, in the immediate vicinity of Václav Havel Airport. The complex consists of eight buildings with a total leasable area of over 48,000 m², with buildings A1–A7 already completed and approved. Building A8 has a valid building permit and is currently under construction. The premises will serve as production halls, warehouse facilities, corporate headquarters, research and training spaces, and offices. Construction began in mid-2024, with the completion of the entire project planned for the first quarter of 2027.

It is also accessible by public transport – with a new bus stop and connections to Veleslavín Station (approximately 20 minutes by bus), and there are also cycling paths available.
