How we invest
We select projects in locations with proven or growing potential. We prefer assets that generate stable rental income and appreciate in value over time. We don't follow trends – we follow fundamentals.

FAQ
Learn more about the mechanics of investing, returns, security, and the purchasing process.
The investor subscribes to or purchases book-entry bonds of a specific issue. Throughout their term, the investor receives regular interest payments, and upon maturity, KKIG repays the principal amount. According to the Base Prospectus, bonds may be issued with a fixed interest rate, a floating interest rate, or on a discount basis. Bonds from the latest issue carry a fixed interest rate of 7.15% p.a., paid semi-annually on March 17 and September 17, with the principal maturing on September 17, 2029. The terms are governed by the issue terms of the given series, which are publicly available.
The minimum subscription amount is not uniform across the entire bond program. It is determined separately in the Supplement to the Bond Program, which is part of the Final Terms for each issue. Under the latest Final Terms, the minimum subscription amount is CZK 10,000. You can always find the current minimum amount directly with the specific bond offer.
The issuance of bonds, repayment of principal, and payment of interest are technically managed by WOOD & Company. Payments to investors are made via bank transfer based on the register of bondholders. For the current issue, interest is paid semi-annually, on March 17 and September 17. For individuals, interest income is typically subject to a 15% withholding tax; the specific tax regime may vary depending on the investor's tax residency.
If the bond has not been redeemed early during its term, the issuer will automatically repay the invested principal on the maturity date. The final interest payment is due together with the principal.
The transferability of bonds issued under the program is not restricted. However, this in itself does not guarantee that a liquid secondary market for the bonds will exist. An investor does not have a general right to simply "return" a bond to the issuer; early redemption at the investor's initiative is only possible in cases specified by the terms and conditions of the issue.
Debts from notes issued under the program are secured primarily by a pledge over 100% of the Issuer's shares and all of the Issuer's equity interests in its subsidiaries. Security rights are exercised by the Security Agent, which is WOOD & Company.
The issuer does not charge its own fee for subscription or purchase. However, fees for securities accounts, registration, settlement, or custody may apply, and the Manager may charge an entry fee of up to 1% of the invested amount.
