Real Estate Project of the Year 2018

We're once again taking part in the Real Estate Project of the Year competition. This time we've entered what is probably our largest residential project to date — VIEW SPOŘILOV.

As is our custom, it stands out for the quality of its materials and finishes.

A string of complaints shouldn't be a normal part of moving into a new flat. That's what we strive for on every project we deliver. This project, construction of which will begin this autumn, will be no exception — there will be no compromises that end in a poorly finished building and an unhappy resident.

The residential building, with 68 units and carefully selected higher-end fittings, guarantees the satisfaction and comfort of unit owners for years to come. It's designed for families with children as well as first-time buyers.

In the years we've entered, our projects have always been very well received and have won a number of awards. Our Londýnská 18 and Nikoly Tesly 8 residences — both revitalisations of old apartment buildings into luxury housing — won both the Expert Jury Award and the Public Award, with Londýnská 18 also winning the Architects' Award. We're planning to enter further competitions soon, including in the commercial buildings category.

We're delighted that our projects appeal to both industry experts and the general public, a sign that our commitment to quality is being recognised. We hope VIEW SPOŘILOV will enjoy the same success.
