AIR DEPO – Building Permit Granted!

AIR DEPO has announced that it has received a final building permit for its new commercial and warehouse park in Tuchoměřice.

For a few years now, KKIG Holding's leadership had been searching for a suitable site to realise its ambitious plan to build a modern warehouse park. After careful research with the team, leadership chose the location in Tuchoměřice, an area already well known to the company. A significant advantage was that the land is situated in the immediate vicinity of Václav Havel Airport. After sustained work and effort, the company is pleased to announce that the AIR DEPO project has received a final building permit.

Back in October 2022, the company obtained a joint permit for the construction of a bus stop to be located directly in front of the park. This first phase required careful preparation and negotiation with local authorities, but was a key step toward overall project approval. A final zoning decision was reached on 12 December 2022 — a major achievement for the whole team. Throughout 2023, the company progressively obtained final building permits for the public road leading to the park and the local water reservoir.

The high point came with the final building permit for the project itself — the "AIR DEPO Tuchoměřice Commercial and Warehouse Park," covering a built-up area of 36,243 m² — granted on 17 November 2023.
