KKIG PARK Bechovice

KKIG PARK is a modern technology and logistics park located in the eastern part of Prague, in the cadastral area of Běchovice. The project consists of two buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 12,000 sqm.

The site benefits from excellent transport accessibility, with close proximity to several major highways (D10 and D11) as well as the Prague Ring Road. The buildings are designed to meet “Class A” standards and will be BREEAM certified.
