The group builds its business on many years of experience, professional know-how and a conservative approach to both project and financial management. The company owns projects with a total value of CZK 4.5 billion while maintaining low indebtedness and long-term stability. Over the past 30 years, none of the group’s subsidiaries has entered insolvency proceedings. This stable foundation allows us to respond actively to market developments while also creating room for further growth.

KKIG Holding focuses primarily on warehouse, industrial, logistics and office projects, which it actively seeks out, evaluates and further develops. The group’s successful projects include, for example, office and warehouse premises in the Prague-Běchovice area, representing one of our most significant commercial acquisitions.

In the management and development of our projects, we place emphasis on efficiency, long-term value and a responsible approach to business.

In its activities, the group also takes into account current requirements for environmental sustainability of buildings and corporate social responsibility. KKIG Holding is a holder of an ESG certificate.
