AIR DEPO Tuchomerice
AIR DEPO is a modern retail, logistics and technology park located in the cadastral area of Tuchoměřice, in close proximity to Václav Havel Airport Prague. The project consists of a total of seven buildings with approximately 40,000 sqm of leasable space.
The buildings are designed to meet “Class A” standards and will also achieve BREEAM certification. Construction of the park began in mid-2024 and the entire development is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2026.
