The project was successfully sold with a building permit to the company that will realize construction in the coming months.The house excelled in a well-thought-out layout, the use of luxury residential elements (for example, all-wall glazing of windows and railings or the above-standard quality of all equipment), maximum soundproofing and privacy of residents.
The project was also nominated in the Project of the Year 2018 competition,
where it won the jury prize.
