VIEW SPORILOV, Prague

 

The project was successfully sold with a valid building permit to a company that subsequently completed its development. The building stood out for its well-thought-out layout, the use of high-end residential features (such as full-height glazing for both windows and railings, as well as above-standard quality of all fittings), excellent sound insulation and a high level of privacy for residents.

The project was also nominated for the Project of the Year 2018 award, where it received the Jury Prize.
