KKIG PARK Bechovice

KKIG PARK is a modern technology and logistics park located in the eastern part of Prague, in the cadastral area of Běchovice. The complex consists of two buildings with a total leasable area of approximately 12,000 sqm.

The project benefits from excellent transport accessibility, being located near the D10 and D11 motorways as well as the Prague Ring Road. The buildings are designed to meet “Class A” standards, complying with high technical requirements and aiming to achieve BREEAM certification.

Construction of the project began in mid-2024 and was completed in 2025.
