AIR DEPO Tuchomerice
AIR DEPO is a modern retail, logistics and technology park located in the cadastral area of Tuchoměřice, in close proximity to Václav Havel Airport Prague. The complex consists of a total of seven buildings with approximately 40,000 sqm of leasable space. These are “Class A” buildings that meet high technical standards and aim to achieve BREEAM certification.
Construction of the park began in mid-2024, the project was completed in 2026 and is currently undergoing final approval.
